Chapter 1

Violet POV

"Get your @ss of that bed. You're late for school" A pillow hit my head and I groaned shifting on the bed. 

"Hey young lady unless you want to go hungry all day you better stand up from that bed and go prepare for school" Mum said and my eyes snapped open. 

I jumped up from the bed with drowsy eyes. Two things I don't joke with Food and Clover. Until I get to have him, I have to manage the food I get to eat everyday. 

"Morning Mom" I said getting rid of my clothes in her presence. 

"It's 7:30 already, you have thirty minutes to go before school starts" She said and walked out of my room and I groaned. 

Just a little introduction about myself*

I'm Violet Starr a highschool student and I am gonna be eighteen in some months. I live with my mom after my dad died when I was just an infant. Have a crush on my neighbor who doesn't know me. 

I guess you'll know the rest later. Deal with this for now. 

I walked nakedly into the bathroom and I went to the large mirror in there. This is just like my everyday routine. 

I have small boobs but my @ss are big and to compliment it a flat tummy despite how much I eat. 

I check myself everytime and asks what don't I have that makes Clover not to like me. 

"7:40 Violet" Mum screamed from downstairs and I hurriedly brushed my teeth and did a quick shower. I can't be late for school on a Monday.

In Five Minutes I was done and I put on my school uniform and shoes before going down to meet mum setting breakfast. 

"Eat up I will drop you off so that you won't spend the whole day in detention" Mum said and I rolled my eyes. 

I know she's trying to make fun of me. She does that everytime. 

I stuffed three slices of bread into my mouth drinking the hot tea to digest it but it almost burned my throat. 

"Let's go school girl" She tapped my shoulder as we walked out of the house while she locked everywhere. 

I looked at the house opposite to ours and it belonged to him. The one I am crazily obsessed with and can't get my mind off him. 

"Get in Violet" Mum said and I turned to her. She was already in her car. 

I got in and the drive to school was silent and i anticipated to see how my crush would look today. 

Mum drove into the school parking lot and I came down checking my wristwatch. I have three minutes left before 8am. 

"Bye Mum" I waved at her and ran into the school building going to my locker to check my time table and get some of my books. 

"You're almost late today" Someone said behind me and I turned. It was Ryan. 

My childhood friend and my only friend. He is the only one who talks to me in school and he's like the nicest person I know. 

"Oh Bestie! You don't have to rub it in my face that you're an early freak" I said and he chuckled. 

He helped me with my books and I shut my locker . We both went to class conversing but we were interrupted by the presence of Clover. 

Well it was actually me cause my mouth couldn't close back after I took im his appearance today but my mood changed totally when Belinda linked her arm with his. 

My frown deepened and my whole heart broke when he kissed her. Like what does she have that l don't. 

"Let's get outta here" Ryan touched my shoulder and I nodded before following him to class. 

LUNCH BREAK*

The teacher just left the classroom and I sighed in relief after having literature for straight two hours. It isn't an easy job being part of the art class and I was part of the dumbest student in class. 

But I wished Clover was part of the class but sadly he had a private class separate from other students. 

Maybe because I am dreaming all day about Clover. I dropped my books under my locker and stood up. 

Ryan was in the Science class and so he was not that available all the time leaving me on my own for break. 

I hummed to myself as I walked to the school cafeteria. Unaware of the trap made for me, I tripped on a wet floor and I fell down hitting my forehead on the floor and my school uniform went wet sticking to my body. 

The thing I heard next was loud laughter of not one but many people and then a group of girls showed up with Belinda at the front. 

"Oh girls, look at her she looks so miserable now. How dare she cast a glance at my man. My clover" Belinda barked. 

My eyes was all teary as they continued laughing at making jest of me and then I scurried away running as fast as I could. 

I was contemplating if I should go to the cafeteria or go to Ryan but I was so embarrassed to a point. 

Why does loving someone has to come with so many troubles. Not like he even reciprocated my feelings. 

I looked around and noticed that I was at the base of the stairs leading to the school rooftop and then I ran up. 

I opened the door and entered and then I heard the smell of cigarette. It was obnoxious and then I turned to the side to notice where the smell was coming from. 

Lo and behold, it was Clover. He was resting his back so leisurely on the wall as he puffed out smoke from the cigarette and all I could say is that I found that action Charming. 

Well everything about him to me is charming. 

His eyes was closed and I was grateful he didn't see me. I wouldn't want my crush to see me in this state so I turned heading out. 

But I stopped on my tracks, my heart beating so fast when I heard a word from his lips. 

"Hi" And I could hear his footsteps as he walked to stand in front of me. 

This was the first time I was seeing him up close. That's like a dream come true. I could hold the excitement and before I knew it, I went unconscious.
