I beg most respectfully to state that I am a student of class ten of your school. My father is a Govt employee. But recently he has been transferred from Bagerhat to Dhaka .Our family has shifted in Dhaka .Now I have no place to stay in Bagerhat. For this I have to go there with my family. Here I want to mention that all of my dues has been paid in time in your school. So I need a transfer certificate from you to get myself admitted into Dhaka Model High school.

I there fore pray and hope that you would be kind enough to issue me a transfer

certificate and oblige there by.
