Dear Sir,

I beg most respectfully to state that I am a student of class ten of your school. My father is a govt employee. But recently he has been transferred from Bagerhat to Dhaka. Our family has shifted there. I have no place to stay here. As a result, I am facing serious accommodation problems. So I need a seat in the school hostel. If you allot a seat in the school hostel for me, I must abide by all the rules of the hostel.

I therefore pray and hope that you would be kind enough to issue me a seat in the school hostel and oblige thereby.
