Dear Sir,
We the students of your school beg most respectfully to state that we want to go on a study tour of Sundarban. It is a historical place. Monotonous classes make our life dull and boring. But a study tour can relieve us from this monotony. Moreover, a study tour will increase our knowledge, ideas and outlook. Two of our teachers have agreed to guide our team. So we need your permission and 50000/= taka for this purpose.
We therefore pray and hope that you would be kind enough to permit us to go on a study tour and oblige thereby.
